LCA Brokers $9.9 Million Deal for a Regional Depository Institution in two weeks.

LCA acted as the Financial Advisor to a Regional Depository Institution for the sale of a Participation Interest of $9.9 million, the aggregate amount of the bridge loan is approximately $40 million. Washington Gateway, is a 348,356 square foot office building in Washington, DC. Value is being created through the rehabilitation and lease-up of the building. The deal was challenged by the fact that the newly renovated asset was two-thirds vacant. LCA was successful in helping the seller to lay-off a portion of the risk by selling a partial interest in the mortgage note in less than two weeks.
