Bank of Hawaii Celebrates Sale of $12 Million Portfolio Brokered by LCA in just 48 hours.

Liberty Capital Advisors Inc., (LCA) acted as the Financial Advisor to the Bank of Hawaii for a portfolio loan sale totaling approximately $12 million. These commercial real estate loans were located throughout the state of Hawaii and consisted mostly of sub-performing and non-performing loans. LCA was successful in finding a buyer within 48 hours of receiving the deal. LCA performed all aspects of the sale, including valuation, negotiation and closing.
